West Coast Senior Account Executive

Working out of Fontana, CA, the Senior Account Executive is responsible for overall sales and revenue growth within the west coast area. The Senior Account Executive ensures sales activity metrics and procedures are met or exceeded across the region. Significant prospect contact and relationship building. Interacts with Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, Inside Sales, and Executive VP of Sales and Marketing to help further develop sales leadership and revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Flawless execution of international sales and marketing strategy
- Assists in the overall revenue growth of the market/area through an activity based sales approach
- Ensures contract standard procedures are applied and maintained
- Uses company sales process to drive sales performance
- Works with Marketing Department and Sales Manager to constantly update proposals, presentations, and invoicing
- Builds on market research and competitor analysis to improve sales opportunities
- Ensures consistent execution of the company sales process with consistency
- Analyzes markets and strives to implement best practices
- Maintains consistent, timely, and accurate sales reports
- Assists in analyzing and controlling expenditures of individual sales efforts to conform to budgetary requirements
- Communicates effectively throughout all functional areas
Requirements:
- 7+ years in outside sales
- Records Storage and materials handling and/or storage system sales experience a PLUS
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasive presentation skills with the ability to close deals
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to build and foster client relationships
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficient with Customer Relationship Management Software
